The Rappenglitz Showroom is a space where new ideas can take shape: here, they are tested for practicality and feasibility and, if necessary, optimized or reimagined. The concept here is similar to the Design Corner: on the one hand, the Rappenglitz team gathers here to work across departments on new ideas, refining and discarding proposals, rethinking concepts, and putting the finishing touches on solutions. On the other hand, it’s a place where we can bring Rappenglitz clients to demonstrate how, as their contracted trade show builder, we bring their ideas to life.

When Sustainability Becomes Added Value in Trade Show Design

One theme runs through everything we do and the solutions we present to our clients. It’s important to us that everything we do conserves resources as much as possible and can be sustainably reused.

In our woodworking shop, we work as efficiently as possible, minimize waste, and reuse everything that can be reused. And our rental furniture inventory helps ensure that furniture and flooring don’t always have to be manufactured from scratch. That’s why, in our showroom, we focus on sustainable and modular construction using the Multiwall PRO.

Flush-mounted monitors and LED walls demonstrate how digital content can be elegantly and seamlessly integrated into booth designs. Sound-optimized wall solutions show how acoustics and design can be perfectly combined. Numerous practical details, such as built-in electrical outlets, smart technical solutions, and other well-thought-out extras, can also be experienced firsthand.

A special focus is placed on lighting. Various lighting and backlighting concepts impressively demonstrate how atmosphere can be created, brand presentations enhanced, and products optimally showcased. How We Use the Showroom in the Rappenglitz Team

The showroom’s objective is essentially the same as that of our design corner:

• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration: All teams and all employees are invited and encouraged to share their ideas here - from the HR intern to the team leader of the rental furniture department. Every piece of input is valuable!
• Make creative processes visible and tangible: In the showroom, you can implement new ideas right away and present them visually to others. This allows ideas to be discussed immediately and, if necessary, refined.
• Enable faster and better decisions: By visualizing ideas quickly, team members or customers can provide immediate feedback and make decisions - which streamlines the iterative process!
• Involve customers directly in the planning process: In the showroom, customers can contribute their thoughts right in the middle of the planning process.
• Actively embody our company culture: Open collaboration, respectful interactions, and a culture of transparent feedback are encouraged.
